Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NovaVault Exchange platform operated by NovaVault Exchange Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use our platform. You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. You must complete our KYC verification process before trading.

Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Canadian laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and any activity that violates FINTRAC regulations or securities laws.

Fees and Transactions: All fees are displayed transparently before transaction confirmation. Trading fees are 0.1% per trade. Network fees vary by cryptocurrency and network conditions. We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days notice. All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

Intellectual Property: The platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by NovaVault Exchange Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability: NovaVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data breaches beyond our control, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
